   東京に行くと必ず寄るレストランです。シェフが変わっても創意工夫の味と雰囲気は変わりません。アレルギーや不得手な食材も事前に細かい確認が来て、コース料理にもかかわらず細かく対応してもらえるのがうれしいです。次回が楽しみです。

   Difficile de faire mieux tout simplement ! Digne d’une ou deux étoiles Michelin, le qualité des mets relève de l’excellence, le design est superbe et le service est parfait. Vous rajoutez le fait d’avoir pu échanger avec le chef Taku Tabuchi, une soirée parfaite

   Nos ha encantado el restaurante. Tienen una propuesta gastronómica muy interesante, fusión italiana-japonesa, de alta calidad. Nos han ofrecido un servicio excelente, ya desde antes de acudir al restaurante. Teníamos algunas alergias y por correo se interesaron para poder adaptar el menú al máximo. También nos dejaron llevar nuestra botella de vino a la cena con un coste de 4k yenes. Lo recomendaría a todo el mundo que vaya a Tokyo cuando ya se han visitado los clásicos de alta cocina japonesa y apetece alguna cosa más occidental. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo por la magnífica cena que disfrutamos. pd. Pedid estar en la barra para ver toda la acción

   前から行きたかったレストランのひとつで、やっと初訪。 ワインは、梁世柱ソムリエのセレクトなので間違いないと思っていたが、料理が期待以上に美味しかった。 ありがちな見栄え重視、食材頼りの「クリエィティブ料理」ではなく、味付けもしっかりしていました。 サービスはカジュアルスタイリッシュ調ながら、ワインの説明が興味深かった。 クラブ系のBGMは、好みが分かれると思うけど、自分は好きでした。

   I think the food was really good. The open kitchen atmosphere was also very interesting to look at. The staff we very friendly but he needs to take care his oral care as I smell his bad breath every time he comes to explain the dish.. That was the only turn-off.... and most people has this problem in Japan...

   Absolutely perfect from start to finish. From the bread and wine through all 6 courses, the food was inventive, creative and delicious. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Recommendation: sit in the counter area and not at a table to see the kitchen/food prep at work. This place will have a Michelin star at some point: it's that good, so go now when it's accessible and reasonably priced.

   The wine pairing menu brings the best out of the experience. On the exxy side but worth it for special occasions
