   Had to review Food although we didn’t have any so unable to properly rate/review. Decor is stunning for Christmas. Menu, staff service, and atmosphere very lacking. Don’t think we will be back unfortunately

   Such a lovely day,from the moment we arrived to when we left ,we were treated politely and professionally by all the staff and made to feel very special . The decor is beautiful ,and made for a very special experience ,the food was also lovely . Thank you

   Menu limited, but knew this, been all thru summer but loved venue. Service, patchy. Greeted by waitress who immediately said I'd booked 4 2. I had not. She regrouped not a smile or apology (Long dark hair, thin, miserable face). Table for 3. Great. Beautiful decor Xmas atmosphere muted by lack lustre staff. I love this venue. Have spent hundreds of pounds inviting various friend groups spreading the word. As a Xmas night, a bit of a fail. More of a summer venue. Menu needs a rehaul for sure!

   Foyer staff were excellent we were early for out reservation and were invited to sit in the lounge and then they would let us know when table was ready..shown to the elevator and directed to correct floor..we did order at time off booking a bottle of prossecco for arrival which was not offered to us however service was a bit slow and due to time restriction we had to settle for glass of wine..food was slow in coming and not very warm but enjoyable...again orderd coffee and was 15/20 mins before we received it. Beautiful restaurant would have liked music to have been more ambient rather than having to shout above it...overall experience I would try again but allow extra time due to service .however I must add servers were polite and cheerful..

   All skirt, no knickers…. Pleasant welcome on arrival at reception, we were 15 minutes early for our table & directed to the lift to access the rooftop garden On arrival we were directed to seats in the ‘waiting area by the bar’ after we were told our table was not ready, as we were early, with no further pleasantries offered, nobody offered to take our coats, nobody asked us if we would like to purchase a drink (as others near the bar had done) - not a great start. 15 minutes passed, so did a further 10 when we were shown to our table. 10 minutes later we ordered drinks that took circa a further 10 minutes to arrive An adjacent table of guests made a complaint to staff about the delay in getting there own drinks We don’t mind higher prices for a great product & accompanying great service, but I’m afraid this was not our own experience on this occasion (or that of at least one other party we were aware of the same night) On a final note, on our departure, my wife used the ladies toilet which she described as a total filthy disgrace & not worthy of the already paid 10% service charge applied to our drinks bill. Such a shame, we will not be rushing back!

   Absolutely gorgeous rooftop bar in Glasgow, drinks are amazing and the staff are wonderful. It's the 3rd time I've been to the bar and will be back again.

   Beautifully decorated for Xmas. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely snack menu to choose from and the cocktails were delicious
