Sagano Clarkston features 2 private dining areas perfect for a small business presentation, company party or a large family gathering. Our private dining areas have 4 hibachi tables seating 36 people comfortably and up to 44 if you want to sit close together (usually ok for families but not necessarily for business). Each of those rooms has a divider that can split them in half effectively allowing for 4 private dining areas with a capacity of 20 each. Each private dining room has 2- 60 flatscreen tv's perfect for business presentations or catching the big game while you dine.

We waited over 30 mins to be seated for our reservation. You could tell they were way understaffed. While the food was good, the overall experience was not as good as in the past.

Had a reservation for 7:00 p.m. for a party of 7. 2 parties came in after us and got seated before us while my pregnant daughter waited and waited and was very hungry. I complained to the manager and she didn't seem to care at all and never came to our table to apologize OR give us a break on any of the food or anything. We waited 1/2 hour to get seated. Soup came out ice cold. Chef was fine. Waiter was fine, manager sucked. I've never been more disappointed and will never grace your restaurant with our presence again and that's a shame because I love the food and we usually fill the table. Too bad and I'll be sure to mention to everyone I know not to go there either.

Had a reservation and there was still a long wait, tried to get a drink at the bar and the hostess said that there was no bartender, so we could not get a drink. A few of the hostess were very rude. Also waited a long time to get sat and then waited a long time to order our food and get a cook. Clearly they’re short staffed! I haven’t seen this place look this dead ever in my life. The customer service was definitely subpar, unfortunately.

Chefs are ever changing. Food quality is not the same as it used to be. Tonight the chef rushed through meal preparation and skipped many of the things that make the experience unique.

It’s a tradition for us to go Sagano on New Years Eve. It never disappoints. Always a great dinner and a show!!
