   Sage was our favorite restaurant in Cabo. We hit 5 of the Top rated, including Aqua and was the best by far! Food, prices and staff were excellent!

   Service food setting were all a ten. This was my second time visiting Cabo and i made it a point to come back to sage. The mgr and staff are so nice and super attentive. Everything is farm to table and absolutely delicious from the veggies to seafood to fresh pasta. They also had a ton of GF options including fresh pasta. Presentation of cocktails and food was beautiful and the open air experience was lovely. Go!

   Great culinary experience. The menu variety and flavors were exceptional. The service was outstanding. Cocktails were prepared with a degree of mixology pride!

   The best food we have experienced in Cabo ! The quality and variety with organic vegetables and unique flavors was amazing. Miguel our server was so helpful. Meal started with complimentary cocktails and just kept getting better. The decor is beautiful as are the serving dishes but both pale to the food! Try the amazing local organic tomatoes and any of the seafood dishes. Fried chicken dish was delicious! Will become our go to restaurant in San Jose! Gracias for such a special meal!!

   My wife and I had dinner at Sage. We ordered the salad and shrimp apps and two pastas for entrees. All was very good. We both enjoyed espresso martinis and a very nice bottle of Albariño. The best part was the service and attention of both Jorge and Mauricio. It’s a beautiful restaurant and I believe they may have lowered their prices a while back. We will def return. Fue delicioso.

   There are a lot of great restaurants in town, but Sage is really special. The food in inventive, with the absolute freshest ingredients and a wide selection of both small plates and entrees. We always share here, unlike most restaurants, because we all want the whole menu! But the best part is that Sage is an oasis of calm. You walk into their beautiful courtyard and instantly feel you blood pressure drop. So lovely.

    One of THE best restaurants in San Jose. The atmosphere is superb and the food is such and amazing combination of flavors. Well priced and lovely all the way around.
