My boyfriend and I came here for our Valentines reservations, that we booked weeks in advance. When we showed up a line was out the door and it seemed that they were seating first come first show. We waited for over an hour to be seated just to wait another hour to not even receive our drinks or appetizers. We were really looking forward to the food but after more than two hours of waiting we left without being served. The ambiance was wonderful and the staff seemed nice but over all the rush of the holiday let our table and others next to ours be forgotten and unattended.

I made this reservation 3 weeks ago for Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend for 7:00 and didn’t get seated until 7:40. Our waitress didn’t bring our waters or menus for another half hour, was high as a kite, and refused to take out her AirPod. When we finally did get to place our order she forgot to input it 2 different times and came back to retake our order because she had forgotten it. Nearly an hour and a half after our order was taken the first time our food arrived but half of our order was missing. We told her to cancel the other half and we would share the one entree and asked for our check. She said she would have it right out, apologized for the service and said that we would be receiving a 20% discount. When we got the bill 20 minutes later she had instead input a 20% up charge which I paid for fear of waiting another half hour to get our bill back so we could leave.

Made a reservation for Valentine's Day and ended up waiting two hours for our food and it was cold. Rice was hard. Waiter was very kind and did not make us pay for our meal. I think they were too overstaffed.

The food was great. The service was great. The only complaint we had was the climate control. It was a little chilly for it to be 40° outside. It should’ve been warmer inside .

Great food but disappointed with OpenTable confirmation points. Had received an email of no show because the restaurant did not confirm my presence. Over all the food was very good but during our visit the place was under staffed.

I ordered Mongolian steak. It was tough and in really thin pieces. It was not as described on the menu. To top it off the food wasn’t hot and had to be reheated. Da Bomb fried rice was very hot when served and was good. I had been there to eat and couple of times years ago and it was delicious. I told the waiter and manager I didn’t like my food and nothing was done to remedy it. I won’t be returning. I love the atmosphere.
