It was wonderful! It was Xmas eve as crazy as any night can be in South Florida to dine out. Yet they were organized kind and the food and service was amazing!! They saved Xmas !!!

Service was good, the chef was fun and the family we sat with were very nice. We are new to FL and in VA, Benihana was a go to. We read some reviews and figured we would give SAiko-I a try. Bottom line the biggest complaint all of us had was the fried rice. It's not good. No veggies, no chicken. literally white rice fried with a ton of butter and soy sauce. I guess this is ok but to charge $3 extra bucks for this seemed ridiculous. No Shrimp Appetizer was offered even though the menu said there was one. Definitely a family place, tons of little kids. They did have a good price for happy hour beer. Overall, the service and food were good, nothing spectacular. 20% gratuity added for party of 4 so if you don't like your service I guess you're still paying for it. Next time we will try Benihana. Maybe the days of Hibachi are over....someone needs to re-imagine these places.

Great food. Waitress good. Hibachi Chef no personality and did very little tricks to entertain like most of the other Chefs. Disappointing for kid at table.
