   we had noon reservations, coming in from San Francisco to meet a cousin coming in from Sacramento. She got caught in horrendous traffic, so we asked the maitre d', could we come back in 30 minutes, rather than sit at a table staring at our phones? He said no problem, we went for a walk, came back, table was ready....very cool. and our brunch was high on the comfort scale...

   Best clam chowder I've ever eaten! So nice to be in a setting near the water, with great food. Looking forward to going back soon.

   It was a beautiful evening filled with an amazing view, friendly and prompt service. The food was delicious. Highly recommend the halibut, but honestly, everything on the menu is made with a yummy taste that makes you have a happy tummy.

   Excellent food and service with a view! It's our anniversary and it was a great time! We go here every chance we get.

   The food, prices and environment were nice. Our service was slow (eg, had to ask the waitress three times before she brought additional bread.) The cocktail I ordered (Cosmopolitan) wasn’t good. Overall a mediocre experience.

   Good day. We have been going to Sailor Jack's for over 14 years now and this was just an off night for them. I had ordered the Salmon Pasta with Pesto and the salmon was done in a balsamic vinaigrette. This was not a good combo since I do not know what the chef was shooting for since the acid fought with the pesto. My wife also wanted to order the creme brulee for dessert and they were out. Noise level was too high since there was this group of people that were to loud; they deserved to be at the pub down the street since they had no class. Service: The waiter immediately asked us what we wanted not even 3 minutes after we sat down and was clueless to the fact that its ok to acknowledge customers but don't ask them what they want to order within 3 minutes after they sit down. He was very efficient but had no bedside manners and deserved to be working at a IHOP or Black Bear Diner. Overall, not a good night for their food and service.

   Generally, we thought it was a good seafood restaurant. However, there was a few things they could improve: we made a reservation and requested a window seat, but were offered a table in the middle of the room when we arrived. No mention was made of the anniversary we specified on open table. the gumbo had a lot of seafood, but the broth was undercooked and needed to simmer longer. Even the fries were undercooked actually. We would go back, but hopefully they fine tune things a little bit.

    Service was good. Food was mediocre at best. We had peppermint patty drinks, could have used whipped cream. Crab melt was nothing spectacular and salad was spring mix with two grape tomatoes. Won’t be back unfortunately.
