Ibrahim was our server. He was exceptional. He was careful to ensure there was no dairy in any of my husband’s food. Without asking, the team proactively offered to separate the starters we had mentioned we would share and attended to our every need. It was impeccable service. Ibrahim even watched out for our Uber upon leaving and waited with us until the car arrived. Beautiful restaurant and wonderful service and treatment.

Computer system went down 1/2 way through dinner, creating a big delay and chaos around kitchen (our table was overlooking this). About 45 minutes between first and second course. Staff was very accommodating, doing the best rather could, and gave us a free bottle of wine during the delay.

Service was slow and lack luster! Lots of down time in between courses. Almost as if they slowed us down on purpose. And then we were rushed towards the end of our time! Cocktails were inconsistent. Wine selection was poor and also inconsistent. Definitely changed the wine mid service and received a different type of the same varietal. Very frustrating especially when the first glass was delicious! And the server has zero response to your request to get the same glass as your first! Unfortunately this was probably our last brunch experience @ Sails! Don’t get me wrong food was delicious but the experience we have received in the past.
