A hidden gem! Tasteful, customizable tapas style menu with great happy hour specials in a cozy, sophisticated atmosphere. Excellent selection of unusual wine and cocktails to enjoy. Friendly, attentive service made this a perfect afternoon.

I liked the atmosphere, it felt like a comfortable, relaxed place for a glass of wine in the neighborhood. The bruschetta was great. The orange-ginger chicken was so-so, too dry for my taste, not very flavorful. We all enjoyed our wine choices, so kudos for that. My friend enjoyed the plancha salmon very much, it was cooked the way he requested, but when the bill came, it was priced $2 more than on the menu. It was dismaying that the waitress had not been trained on the wines, after all this is a wine bar. They just opened this week, but they have a ways to go to work out the kinks. We will wait a month or so and go back and try again.

The food and service were very good. The portions were generous and Susan was very attentive. We sat inside which we thought was a little noisy with the nearby conversations and loud music playing. The patio was cozy but adjacent to Hayden Road so there was periodic traffic noise. It was good enough to warrant a return visit.

The place is great. Service was attentive and friendly. Great redo of the space. Wine and cocktail list great. As were the food selections. A great neighborhood place and we’ll be back!!

This was our first time at Saint Urban. It lived up to our expectations and we loved the creativity of the menu. Six friends celebrating three birthdays. We appreciated a wine bar having a full bar. The service was attentive and Caleb provided great recommendations. We will certainly return and try the bruschetta. Such fun to have another amazing Collins restaurant.
