   We loved Saints and Council! Our server was AMAZING! I wish she had a name tag on so I spell her name correctly.So thoughtful and personable, Truly! The food was amazing, I had no difficulties eating healthy, best vegan meal ever…cauliflower steak. The brussel sprouts, carrots and Caesar salad were delicious! Others ordered the duck and scallops and were pleased. The table ordered the strawberry shortcake dessert and there were no crumbs left! Will definitely return.

   We had a good evening at Saints & Council. This was our first time at the establishment as we celebrated our sis birthday! Making reservations and changes we're impeccable with response time and following up via phone call. Ambiance was out of a magazine / photo shoot. We we're seated in a nice private area with beautiful art work to view. Our server was Ricardo, very pleasant and attention to detail. Ricardo went over the menu options. He also had the opportunity to chose my husbands entree for the evening, as there were so many delicious options to choose from. Ricardo didn't disappoint with the braised short rib! The portion sizes were awesome, even down to the shareable plates. Our entrees were delicious the pasta and steak with Yuka potatoes and Brussels sprouts...good, however on the salty side. Dessert and the dessert coffees were a 10. Definitely will come back and try brunch. I enjoy the fact that the was a discounted validation for parking provided. We all enjoyed learning about the postcards options of King David, Dr. Martin Luther King and Mother Teresa, to be mailed out. Nice touch on a evening to celebrate another year of life of our sis.

   They updated the short rib recipe but didn’t list it on the menu. They filled the dish with brown sugar and it was terrible. Not sure why you’d want sweet flavored meat. Informed the waiter and wasn’t present with the offer to swap it with another dish. I’ve had that dish twice before, so it would have been great to be informed that the dish’s ingredients were updated.

   We started with Dante's Revenge and Undercover Angel for drinks. Then stuffed oysters, crab dip, followed with wild Mushroom Ravioli, and Dem Ceasars salad. Everything was good,the vibe is sexy and they validate parking up to 2 hours.

   A few of the appetizers weren't that great. Drinks were solid. Service was excellent. A particularly noisy and obnoxious patron made the experience a bit uncomfortable.

   Truly special! 25th anniversary and they had a special booth for us, with a printed 25th wish and page! Food for exceptional. My husband is particular about steak and said it was excellent!

   The restaurant was outstanding! The food was delicious and the service was second to none, making the dining experience a very favorable one. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a nice place to entertain or just hang out with your spouse.

    We had the most amazing experience. Ricardo, our server, matched our energy perfectly. The food…. Omg, the food!! It was all exceptional. The crab bisque was out of this world. The skirt steak was so flavorful and tender. And, the Undercover Angel cocktail is a must! We will be back many more times.
