Saints + Council represents the highest and best in all of us - the desire to fulfill all that we were meant to be. It’s not just good friends coming together, though it is good friends coming together. It’s friends coming together to lift each other up, spurring one another on to greatness. Settle in to one of our cozy booths or relax in one of our fireside living room pods as you experience a modernly rustic approach to chef driven and always made from scratch food. Ready for a cocktail? Our in house beverage director is the best in the city, creating unique and different cocktails that are always balanced and truly refreshing.

The ambiance was beautiful and moody..great for date night with my husband. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable and super sweet. The drinks and food was delicious. My husband is a big eater and he was full and satisfied.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Champagne at the entrance. Amazing food. Great service. Best overall restaurant experience I’ve ever had and I have a lot of fine dining experience.

Valentines Day celebration, food was amazing (first time getting actual rare salmon as requested, thanks to the kitchen!) but drinks and appetizers were a bit slow. Noise was high, busy night! Our server Anna was great - thanks for a great night!

Reservation on Valentine’s Day from Fixed Priced dinner prior to show at the Alliance. Food and drink were very good but not spectacular. Took a long time to get the drinks. Server was very attentive and helpful. Would give her 5 stars.

From the moment we walked into Saints + Council, I knew we were in for something special. The ambiance, a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, set the tone for an unforgettable culinary journey. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and eager to make recommendations that turned out to be spot-on. Every dish we ordered was a celebration of flavors. Now, let’s talk about the food. Each course was a masterpiece. We started with the crab dip and fried cauliflower, both a delightful fusion of fresh ingredients and bold flavors that danced on the palate. For the main course, I indulged in the salmon, cooked to perfection with a rich sauce that elevated the dish to new heights. We’ve all had our fair share of salmon, but this was next level! Every bite was tender and bursting with flavor, paired beautifully with crispy potatoes and asparagus. Dessert was the grand finale. The bread pudding was nothing short of perfection, a harmonization of textures and flavors that left me craving more. Overall, S+C exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of exquisite food, exceptional service, and a warm atmosphere makes it a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Helen was our server and she was positive and upbeat and so sweet. She made the experience a delight. The food was outstanding and the environment was perfect for our valentine’s day dinner. We loved it so much we are already planning our next date night there.

Last night’s dinner at the restaurant was, unfortunately, underwhelming. The lobster bisque was overly salty, making it difficult to enjoy, and my wife’s beef shank was disappointingly dry. Overall, the meal lacked any real wow factor; it failed to excite or leave a memorable impression. I left feeling more sorry than satisfied—just a missed opportunity for what could have been a special dining experience.

The food was excellent and the portions were huge in my opinion. Our server was kind and gave us great recommendations. We found a new favorite food spot!
