   Food was delicious but the wait staff was very overwhelmed with people up front/reservations and almost seemed like the manager called out because jt was so disorganized. But again, amazing food.

   I made a reservation for 830pm thinking I would be able to do Teppan, but when we arrived I was told it would be a 40min wait or we could do sushi. So we decided sushi was fine. After being seated it was 20mins before someone even came to give us water and take our order. It was Valentine’s Day, but honestly the place wasn’t that busy, lots of empty tables. There was a lot of staff, but they were all running around and not really accomplishing anything. I might give it another shot.

   Last night, my daughter and I visited Sake Japanese Steakhouse while exploring the area. Overall, the experience had its highs and lows. The customer service was excellent, and the cocktails were delicious—our server was very hospitable and made us feel welcome. However, there were a few issues that impacted our dining experience. We arrived about 10 minutes early but were seated promptly and served drinks quickly. Unfortunately, it took nearly 50 minutes for the chef to bring out the prepped food to cook. During this wait, we noticed other hibachi tables being served ahead of us, and their chefs were putting on entertaining shows, which we enjoyed watching. When our chef finally arrived, the show was minimal—maybe two minutes at most—and lacked the same level of engagement we saw at other tables. As for the food, I requested my steak to be cooked medium, but it came out overcooked and chewy. By that point, I was too tired to ask for it to be corrected, though I had clearly specified how I wanted it prepared when the chef asked at the beginning. Despite these issues, I’d be willing to give Sake Japanese Steakhouse a second chance, as the hospitality and drinks were highlights. Hopefully, next time, the timing and food preparation will align better with the overall positive atmosphere.

   One of the chefs was very enthusiastic and we wished we had him! Our chef was good too. Food was delicious and service was timely.

   I really sorry to write this but I made a reservation at 7 and waiting for table(Hibachi) around 25 minutes then server took me to table but I was waiting around 10-15 to order drinks, me and my friend ordered just water but took time forever to get water. So, we decided to leave. I’m not sure that manager or someone asking for solve this problem , I appreciate that he did that but it’s 45 minutes after my reservation time and didn’t get anything even water. I know that it’s restaurant week but it’s taking longer than I expected. Me and my friend were excited when we booked reservations on Thursday and waiting for our dinner on Saturday night but yes, it kinda disappointed
