    As always, we had a great experience dining at Saks; the architecture, decoration, quality of the food and service were excellent. We did ask to make our chilaquiles more spicy; I am sure next time will be even better. Great job.

    Tienen un servicio muy descortés, sobre todo a la entrada. La hostess es persona muy déspota. También en la gestión de la reserva, envían un mensaje nada cortés advirtiendo que no hay tolerancia y que si uno no llega a la hora exacta, se pierde la reserva. Se puede decir lo mismo con cortesía y no pasa nada. Saks siempre ha sido un lugar caracterizado por la pésima calidad del trato con los clientes. En otras sucursales pasa lo mismo.

    La atención de Jesús Hernández fue excepcional!! Súper atento y amable. El desayuno muy bueno, como siempre. Al igual que el ambiente. Me encanta ese lugar!

    One of our favorite places in Mexico City, food never disappoints and the location is great, this time we had an enchiladas regias, hojaldra vegetariana and tuna tostadas.
