   Sally’s Apizza in Wethersfield is a gem! The pizza is absolutely top-notch—perfectly charred crust, fresh ingredients, and that classic New Haven flavor.    I was deeply saddened by my experience today for my 4pm reservation. The Pizza order went in at 4:09PM as of 5:10PM still no pizza. We ordered 3 small pizzas. The waitress was wonderfully accommodating during all this time. At 5:10PM, I checked with the waitress again and she was very nice offering us free stuff, but we just wanted our pizzas. I checked where the pizzas orders were keep near where they make the pizzas, there were online orders, table orders, there has to 75 to 100 orders backed up. The pizza making staff was working out of control to keep up the demands. At that point the manager should have come to life halt all online orders, refuse people at the door to accommodate all the existing orders. I have been eating pizza at Sally’s on Wooster Street since a was 5 years old. I love Sally’s I think it’s the best pizza on earth! However sometimes excessive growth of business isn’t good if you can’t keep up with the demand.

   I went out with 3 friends / co-workers and we had a great time at Sally's in Wethersfield The waitress Tatianna was nothing short of amazing - very attentive to our table, friendly and engaged us in conversation during our stay - the best wait staff experience i have had in a long time The food was great as always - the only gripe would be that they no longer offer large pizzas even for dine in - i suppose i can understand not doing it for take out since the odd shape is hard to fit in a box but what about offering it for dine in?

   Great wait staff, very friendly and attentive. The pizza is beyond words- best there is! I live in the New Haven area (“pizza capital of the world”) and this location in addition to all of the other locations in CT are All consistently the best pizza I have ever eaten!

   As a pizza joint, it is about average. There are many just as good. As an Italian restaurant , as it seems to pretend to be, it is poor. We probably will not go back.

   Service was not very good at all. Timing of food and drinks was way off. The Manager was apologetic and compensated us for the inconvenience which was nice. I have gone 4 times since they opened and the service (bar and kitchen are very slow) is the biggest problem. Based on the managers positive response, I will return again and give it another shot as the pizza is very good:

    Decent place for food & service. Pizzas are kind of overpriced we think. It was very vey loud as speakers are right over the tables. Cannoli pie was a miss, not that good & a super small piece!
