   The pizza is why we keep coming back. It’s that good you crave it. That said we have been several times since the Woburn location opened and every single time it is an unreasonably long wait for pizza to come to table. Last night was the longest at an hour and 20 minutes! They did try to make it right with a free appetizer which was great, but it seems like this is an ongoing issue. Don’t go super hungry unless you plan on getting appetizers!

   The service was excellent and the pizza did not disappoint! Best pizza around unless we drive to New Haven 😉

   We went last night for dinner and the service was terrible. We ordered appetizers and 2/3 of the “appetizers” were brought out AFTER the pizza. The reason I say 2/3 is because the third appetizer never came. No explanation from our waitress on why we never got it, no apology. She came over to ask if we wanted a box before the third appetizer came out. I had to remind her we had ordered it and to take it off the bill since we never got it. Her response was just “okay”. Overall, as someone who works in customer service, the service here was terrible. The waitress had no interest in doing her job, more interested in her friends sitting at the bar. Super disappointing since we loved going here, but after that experience, we will not be back.

   Staff was exceptionally apathetic, food was burnt and mostly flavorless. 40+ minutes for a pizza when the place wasn't all that busy. Disappointing and won't be back.

   I’ve been there a few times nothing personal against the waitress or waiters but service is so slow for a drink sauces, also they forget an order. Last time they messsed up a whole pizza. You really just need to step up the quality of service today lunch cost me 300 and it wasn’t worth that bad of service

    Pizza was very disappointing. We were so looking forward to this and would definitely not go back. Pizzas were Unevenly cooked between the various pies . The ones with the slightly thicker crust were pretty good . A couple came out super flat and had no flavor. The clam pizza didn’t taste like clams at all. Appetizers were good.
