   Made a reservation for NYE under the impression there was no charge per person or min spend because it never said anything when making the reservation. I get there and they tell me it’s a $250 min spend per person, mean while the kitchen is closed because they have too many orders and can’t get food out fast enough. People complaining their food taking over an hour to come out. How am I supposed to even spend $250 when I can’t order food? Really messed up my NYE, since everything else was booked or charging crazy at the door. Super disappointing.

   Understanding that it was new year's eve, it took 45 mins to be seated on a 8:45pm reservation. Once we sat, we noticed various tables complaining. A table next to us had the manager come over to apologize. Following that, we saw so many people complaining that after waiting 10 minutes with no server communication, we left. Poorly managed and was under staffed for a potentially big revenue evening.

   New Years Eve 7 pm . Only 2 servers for as far as we could see. Maybe 30 tables. It took them 30 min to take a drink order so we ordered appetizers right away. We had our wine and appetizers and we waited for hours. We left at 950pm without eating a main meal. We felt bad for our server she said she is the door host and there were no servers available. Our neighbor table were tourists visiting. They waited the same amount of time . Finally received their order and food wasn't good. So I know it was new years but there is no excuse to pay an experience fee for 2 and still not getting good service. We will not be coming back.

   I went to blackout brunch. It took 25-30 min for someone to greet the table. One waiter came, she did not come back..we had another waitress, she was good. We ordered our food and appetizer .it took 2 hrs to come to the table appetizer included, even then.. not all of the food came. My friend had to wait an additional 20 minutes for her steak which came welldone instead of medium. One would think that the food would come out hot right?...nope.. the calamari was cold and soggy 🤨. My burger was cold.. 🤦🏼‍♀️. On the bright side..the burger had good flavor, and the brunch party was alot of fun. when we got there today, it was not packed..so idk why food took 2 hrs only to come out cold. Nontheless, I went a couple of months ago with a different set of friends and the experience was not this. so i will give a pass for this time..

   The food was delicious and the portions were rather large as everyone had a take away box. Dessert was very disappointing as they only had two options. Our server was nice nice but did not wow us as we had to ask for refills and etc.

   The food was very tasty and good size portions. Our waiter, Juan, was excellent! Cute decor as they are decorated for Christmas. Of note, they do not offer valet or parking but there is a public parking garage very near by.

   It took over an hour to get our appetizers. Service was terrible. Our waitress was lovely it wasn’t her fault, but I will never go back.

    Cute place, they were out of a bunch of food but what they had was very good. Drinks were yummy too and it wasn’t busy at all
