Salt & Lime is Rex's Family of Restaurant's twist on classic Mexican. A bright, vibrant atmosphere and fresh flavors are our priorities. With an emphasis on tacos, traditional cooking techniques and regional ingredients are used to create progressive Mexican dishes. At the bar unique craft tequila cocktails are prepared with natural ingredients and fresh juices. Take advantage of the salt, lime & sunshine offered up on the rooftop deck during the summer months. Due to ever changing mountain weather, our patio is seated on a first come first serve basis and not available for reservations or booking in advance.
Open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. We encourage reservations and offer a wait list when available.

Our server Luke was fantastic and made our first visit memorable! We are from So Cal and are well versed on Mexican food, Salt & Lime exceeded our expectations!

Always fantastic. They accommodated my large family with little kids and made my wife’s birthday special. Very much appreciate their flexibility on a week that was nearly impossible to find reservations in all of Steamboat.

Always delish! We try to eat here every time we visit Steamboat. The tacos are flawless, great service and yummy drinks! Our only complaint would be that it’s pretty loud when busy, but that hasn’t stopped us from being regular customers.

The food was good but came way too fast. Food value was good but the tequila was outrageously expensive. We ordered Komos and they charged $47 per pour for blanco. The entire bottle costs $150 (at its highest) so their upcharge was obnoxious.
