me and my family always enjoy the Saltgrass steak house in Danville, IL. Food never disappoints only disappointment that I have that evening never wait that long for our food to be serve to us wait for long time. But the end of that evening my family still enjoy our dinner. Thank you

The food was excellent. The service was as we expected and the atmosphere was better than we expected. We will be back in the future.

Our server was great even though we were sat at a table in the bar area. Weather was bad so we were fine. Everything was great.

As always, an awesome dining experience. Raine was a great server. We were seated, ordered, received our food, and were out in less than an hour.

Our waitress was phenomenal! She did a great job of engaging, knew answers to questions about options and was kind and kept us in the loop as to the movement of our orders. All food was cooked and served perfectly. Wonderful evening. Highly recommend!

We were sat at was small table for our 4 people. Made us move things to bar countertop in order to get the meal to fit on the table. Two ribeyes were perfect the other about 1/2 as thick as the perfect two and way overcooked.

We ordered our food, waited a long time before someone who I assume was a manager came to tell us that my husband's country fried steak was undercooked so she told them to re-cook it. She offered us an appetizer while we waited, which was nice of her, but we didn't really want that much food. Once his Country Fried Steak came he cut into it and blood came out into the gravy on top of his steak. He's the type that, once seeing something like that, can't eat after. We called the manager back to let her know and she asked if he wanted another but of course he didn't. She offered something else and he was not able to eat so he declined then she offered a dessert so we took it to go. We will not be back. Super disappointed because we expected better. The service was good and we didn't blame the waitress or manager. They did all they could and were very apologetic and kind.

This was just a very basic, very average experience. Food was so-so, the service was lackluster, and one of the entrées was not cooked to the right temperature and had to be sent back. Just average.
