Sadly not one of our favorite experiences. I get they were busy because Saturday after Valentine’s Day. Both steaks were burned, not charred, and had no other flavor. It was like the fire was to hight, to try and cook fast. Salad and sides were good. Fried pickles as an appetizer were delicious. They also didn’t even mention that it was our anniversary. Why ask if it’s for a special occasion, if you are not going to acknowledge it. Wasn’t looking for freebies or anything, but at least acknowledge.

Great evening with the wife and our 5 kids! Suitable for a quiet small party but can also sustain a larger family outing.

This was our first experience at Saltgrass Grapevine. I must say it was very busy, and they were extremely well staffed. Our server Jerry was prompt, attentive and personable. Every staff member was busy at all times helping the other. There were plenty of managers on site attending to everyone's needs. Having worked in the industry it was refreshing to see such a well run restaurant on such a busy Saturday night. Kudos to management and staff well done!

Atmosphere at the restaurant was much louder than usual. Our waitress left the table 3 times to bring us something and never returned with it. She was offering us pepper and said she would be right back with that. We had two people with allergies at the table And she had done the same thing with the mozzarella cheese sticks, saying she did not know what was in the breading but not returning with that info. Each time we wanted her, we would look and wave when we saw her, but she seemed too busy. All the food was good except the ribs. They were very overcooked and dry, then covered in too much barbecue sauce. The manager brought something else for that person, but the rest of us had already finished our meals. We were going to order desserts, but waited for the waitress to return and tell us what the two people with allergies could have. We did not get that info until we had already paid our bill. We will be back because this is one of our favorite restaurants. Hopefully, they will hire more servers.

From management to our waitress the service was excellent. Professional, courteous, attentive and the meal was well paced.

Saltgrass was an affordable venue for 8 people. Food served timely and as ordered. Service was exceptional. It was a little noisy but expected. Plus on OpenTable for easy reservations.

You have the 6 top tables in the back VERY close to each other and it was not pleasant trying to squeeze in with other parties. Several times I was hit in the back by the folks behind my chair. That also didn't help the noise level since you had to be louder than the party next to you so your family could have a conversation.
