Food and service were both great. But the food itself took 40 minutes which was kind of a turn off.

Made a reservation for for 6:45, got there and were told it would be another 45 minutes out from our reservation time. What’s the point of making reservations then? Asked to just sit at the bar then which was fine. Bartender was great(reason for a higher star rating). Food was okay, comparable to Texas Roadhouse just at a higher price.

Our reservation did not guarantee us a table and we were told we had to wait an hour for a table. We waited and came back and were told our table was given away.

Been multiple times. Always great food. Service was off this time but we will be back.

Everything was smooth. The food was excellent, the server was great. Definitely will be back!!

Waiter got everything wrong. Drinks were expensive. Was brought a sirloin filet and paid for tenderloin filet. To be honest I should’ve gone to Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse. Better food and service there. I wouldn’t recommend this Saltgrass location

Stopped here on way home from Colorado. Loved the food and experience. Only negative was we had a 7:00 pm reservation and still had to wait over 15 minutes. Not a bad wait but hostess area seemed very hectic. Could not tell who was in charge. Lots of empty tables and several people waiting to be seated. Once seated, service and food was outstanding. Would definitely go back if in the area.

We had a 6:45 reservation and when we arrived we were told we had to wait for 30 minutes. They didn’t hold our reservation. They tried to make excuses, but ultimately they told me, defiantly, that they didn’t hold it. They were uninterested in making it up to us in some way and simply accepted that they didn’t do what they said. Also, my steak was considerably overcooked.

Waitress, but was not very attentive. Drinks were not correct and empty salad was not correct steak was not cooked as ordered. Could not get her attention to correct any of the above. First and last time I will go there.
