Got our appetizer and then waited 10 minutes for little plates. Got our plates and almost immediately our food showed up and then salad last!! Food was great as usual!!

If you are looking for a Michelin star dining experience, you won't find it here. If you want solid food at reasonable, but not bargain prices. You can come to Saltgrass. Our server was very attentive and personable. I had ribs and shrimp. 4 average size shrimp and 6 pork ribs. Meat was falling off the bone as promised. BBQ sauce was heavy and sweet. I had cheesecake for dessert. It was a very substantial portion and tasted good. If you are on Fremont Street looking for a steak place, this is a decent option.

We all had steaks and they were delicious and cooked exactly the way we asked for. The waiter was very attentive. He checked on us throughout the evening to make sure e had everything we needed.
