    The decor is nice. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes for our reserved table, as it was a busy night. The menu had good variety. The catch of the day was fresh and had several choices. The waitress was cordial. The food was decent, but not exceptional. So, the cost of this meal was slightly overpriced. Overall, it was an okay experience. However, don’t go out of your way to have dinner here.

    The food was full of flavor, flounder with she crab, topped with crab and garlic mashed potatoes as a side. This is the type of meal worth paying for. The service was excellent, and the food didn't take long at all to come out.

    The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere, though the area at the end of the bar detracts from the experience due to ongoing construction hidden behind a tarp. Pricing leans toward the higher end of the spectrum. My Saltine Caesar salad was a highlight—crisp, perfectly chilled, and elevated by a generous serving of boqueron anchovies and focaccia croutons. For my entrée, I opted for the P.E.I. Mussels, served in a beer and fennel broth enriched with diced pancetta, white beans, and kale. While the mussels themselves were delicious, the pancetta made the broth overly salty, which slightly overshadowed the dish's overall appeal. The meal was topped off with a delightful Chocolate Passion Fruit Ball - a concoction of light, airy, mouse-like combined with passion fruit puree.

    Overall it was a nice evening. We arrived early to take advantage of Happy hour but the bar was too crowded to get near and there were no seats at the side tables. We went into the dining room a bit ahead of our reservation. There was plenty of room but the room filled up as Happy Hour ended! The service was fine and the food OK but not spectacular. My companion enjoyed her scallops and said she would order them again. My crab cake was meaty but not as tasty as I expected. We tried a couple of house wines and found them about average. I think I will try one of the other restaurants in the hotel next time I visit before I go back to Saltines.

    For our 1000 days of marriage, Saltine made our night truly special. A bottle of champagne awaited us, and the staff congratulated us throughout the evening, making us feel so celebrated. The food was exceptional. The PEI mussels were tender and flavorful (my husband said the best he ever had and I agree), and the oysters Rockefeller were rich and perfectly baked. Our entrées—filet and scallops—were cooked to perfection, with incredible flavor in every bite. Beyond the amazing food, the service was impeccable. Saltine made our milestone unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return!

    Went to lunch there about a month ago which was fantastic. I had the lobster roll and truffle fries which were absolutely amazing. The service was top notch, we had about 9 in our party. My wife and I went to dinner 03/01 and unfortunately did not have the same experience. The waitress only came to the table 2 times, the first time to get drink orders, the second time to drop off drinks and get our order. We were never asked for another drink or had our waters refilled, my wife had to flag down the waitress next to our table to not only refill our waters but bring us the check. The food was very underwhelming this go around. The food came out lukewarm, I ordered the crab cakes and truffle fries. The fries tasted like they had been plated and were sitting for awhile. My wife ordered the the stuffed flounder with crab which she really enjoyed. Her side not to much, she ordered the butternut cheddar grits. They were super salty, watery and lukewarm. I will probably only go back during lunch time if I do decide to eat there again.

    Went here for a date night with my husband. Very cozy, speakeasy, and upscale looking restaurant. Service was great and food was amazing. Drinks were also delicious.
