   Decided on this restaurant as it was so highly rated, was pretty disappointed. To start, The ‘valet’ parking was $15 and I parked and picked up the car myself cause the attendant wasn’t there at arrival and departure. I needn’t have bothered booking cause there were only 4 tables with customers. Despite this, service was slow and inattentive. Food was meh. And 18% automatic service charge is applied anyway. Save yourself the Brickell traffic and go somewhere else.

   Food is good, although one of our guest's steak tasted like the freezer and had a grayish color (no bueno). The waitress immediately addressed it and took it off the bill. Forewarning, we had 7pm dinner reservations and the music was pumping loud enough that loud talking ensued. Then there's a DJ a bit later, and it gets louder. Nice touch with an electric violinist.

   Amazing food and ambience. Live DJ was a little too loud for a dinner service. Only real bad thing was that the drinks were super watered down.

   Food was really good, we tried the Korean Fried Chicken, NY steak Wagyu, the chocolate cake and the affoggato. Service was splendid. Music was good around 9 pm a dj was there.

   Went to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and we had an amazing time. From start to finish the experience was amazing, the drink were crafted with such detail, the food was cooked to be an explosion of flavors, and the atmosphere was lively and care free - meaning you could go for a a chill night or a full night out. In conclusion - I highly recommend this spot.

   Overall good food and service. Easy to reserve for a party of 10 or over with no hassle. We were 11 but started w 14. They were very accommodating when changing the amount of people. Not sure they have a dessert menu we ended up ordering the French toast plate for dessert and they did bring ti dessert for the bday girls that was pretty good. The appetizer menu is super small like four things. Ended up ordering a side for appetizer truffle fries. The drink cocktail menu is very small. Our guayaba spicy margarita was very good. Lichi martini etc were also good. I was a little disappointed with the outside look. Pretty much looks like a black box on the outside, but the inside is colorful and comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. It is right next to the metro rail if you want to avoid ubering or driving. There are a couple places near by if you want to continue hanging out.

   The server was lost, also we found the food to come out way but I mean way to fast. Like they trying to kick you out. The steak was super salty. The ambiance is the best thing the restaurant has. I don’t know if that a great thing.

   First time at Salty Flame, Risked going for my birthday. And boy was my rewarded. Everyone was very pleasant the ambience was perfect I’ll definitely be back !
