    We were disappointed with the service, which was very poor. No bread was offered at the table, and no tea was provided at the end of the meal, even though the first time we came, we were offered tea at the end. On top of that, the card machine wasn’t working, so we had to walk over two kilometers to withdraw cash. The servers didn’t apologize, even though it was their responsibility to handle such issues, not the customers’. There was no gesture on the bill—no discount, no complimentary item, nothing as compensation. And to make matters worse, the person who collected the bill took the change without giving back the difference. We will not return to this restaurant.

    The food was great, and I'm still eating it (the portions are abundant for one person, so I took them to go). Especially, the staff very very professional and nice, they all treated me very kindly. Recommended for couples or groups.

    I definitely recommend this restaurant, lots of authentic iraqi food. The waiters were very kind.

    It was a nice restaurant with delicious food in terms of quality and quantity but bread was put on all tables but not our table so seemed very weird. In addition tables next to the window was reserved for ten people but no one reserved them or sat at them but they didn’t allow us and other guests from sitting although we had a reservation!

    The place is warm welcoming. The staff were nice and polite with beautiful smiles on their faces. The food was amazing and delicious and the size of the portion was enough for 2 people to share. Thanks for all.
