   This is a lovely restaurant with delicious authentic Italian food. The staff are so kind and accommodating. I booked a lunch for my partner’s birthday and we were welcome with a hand written birthday card and got given profiteroles with candles at the end of our meal! A local gem in Crystal Palace :)

   Our son's 21st..... and where to go? The staff made us welcome from the outset. The food, drinks and service were all excellent and the added touch of singing Happy Birthday had him suitably embarrassed. All in all, a super evening. Thank you.

   They put salt in the pepper shaker that was labelled with a ‘P’, when I complained after I covered my pizza with it and didn’t realise until I was halfway through the pizza (which I thought just tasted bad), they argued with me that I could have told them before eating half of it… I just didn’t realise! Made out I was just trying to scam them out of free food, which I wasn’t. I still have a salty taste in my mouth now from it, the next day. Very poor service and should have put their hands up for the mistake instead of arguing with me. It’s a shame as me and my wife have been there before a few times, and it’s been great. But now we won’t go back again. Let themselves down.

   This place knows how to do customer satisfaction. I booked for my daughter’s birthday, they called beforehand to confirm details. They gave her a birthday card and was very accommodating with us bringing our own birthday cake. Food was lovely, great atmosphere. So simple but there aren’t many places who get the basics so right. I highly recommend.

   Poor experience. My food was overall bland, service was rushed and my stomach has not recovered since eating here. It looked dirty in the kitchen, I do not recommend.

   Dear Grace, thank you for taking time to review my restaurant and sorry to hear you had rushed service and bland food. We aim to delivery the best food possible and we have very good hygiene standards in the kitchen, however I would love to know what makes you think our kitchen is dirty so I can re check this and address the problem. All our food is freshly cooked and usually consumption is within the day so we don't have old food in our fridges.    Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff, and the food and drinks were outstanding. We went on New Year's Eve and their specials were all spot on. I hope they bring those dishes back again at some point.

   Very nice overall experience; setting, decor, food and drink selection. Would highly recommend however not for the claustrophobic. Seating might be too close for comfort for some clientele.
