   Went along with our adult children on a Sunday evening for my birthday. Great food. Great service. Really well looked after. Only my second time there and my husband hadn’t ever been before but we’ll definitely be back very soon.

   Beautiful surroundings, attentive service and lovely food. It is, of course, only opinion but the three of us really disliked the ‘music’ and would have preferred typical Italian music or general easy-listening choices.

   First visit since the refit and it is very pleasant. The table we were sat at was close to the stairs and there was a strong draft making us cold. Staff very attentive particularly to allergies which was refreshing. Food arrived too quickly after ordering to have been cooked fresh and did feel like it had been reheated. Overall, I’m always left feeling disappointed when I leave Sasso. It should be a better experience.

   Had a wonderful meal at Sassos, the staff were all so lovely and accommodating and super friendly. The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious, we also got a selection of cocktails and they were all wonderful. Great value for money too. Highly recommend.

   The food was as good as always but they had seemingly overbooked so we had to queue from outside to get in. The service was not as good as usual as the waiters were run off their feet. We could see everyone was doing their best to make it work.

   We arrived 10 minutes before our booking, there was a cue of about 20 people in a landing before you was in the restaurant, we waited 30 minutes and spoke to people leaving the Que who had been waiting over 45 minutes we decided to leave, they had clearly overbooked, very disappointed we won’t be going there again!!

    On arrival of the restaurant it was lovely and calm at 7 pm on Valentine's. We waited a while to be seated. We were rushed to order food. When I had finished my starter my partner hadn't finished eating and my plates and cutlery were taken. We where rushed for our maims it took around 25 from order to eating our mains. The food was great but poor service since reopening the previous staff and management where incredible but not up to par when the bill was over £120 for two drinks two starter two mains unfortunately won't be returning
