    Always a treat and as expected the food and the service was exceptional. The staff were attentive and we were not rushed. My only critique is the wine list, there needs to be more affordable options for people that don’t necessarily appreciate or can afford fine wine but like good food. I picked a £90 bottle and was told I could not be served it as the system does not recognise it?! I was then recommended a similar wine, but this was £180 a bottle!! It’s not unreasonable to expect sub £100 bottles of wine to choose from and it can deter people from going for that special occasion and having a nice wine with their rather fantastic beef wellington!!

    Handsome restaurant in fresh art deco style. Nice curved banquette seating for 2 or 4 - great for talk. Great service. Food more traditional English than gourmet. A La carte fair value. Excellent wine list with something at all prices.

    Food was overall amazing except the sides which were either too salty (mushroom) or tasteless (broccoli). Service was great although the guy who brought the bill over took forever to figure out how the card machine works.

    We celebrated my husband’s 60th service was great as well as the food. We all tried different dishes and everyone loves them deserts were to die for. No rushing us to get out. Out booking was at 630 and we left about 10 allowing us all to enjoy each others company and conversation. Wasn’t loud so we could hear each other and the atmosphere was vibrant. Would recommend the savoy grill for that special occasion. It will be a great one my husband and the rest of us to remember. Thank you

    Concise menu featuring some classic dishes, Arnold Bennett souffle and Beef Wellington are must trys. Grilled meats are cooked to perfection. Flambe crepes cooked at the table is a piece of theatre. Exceptional service without being over bearing. A wonderful experience for a special occasion.

    Our waiter was fantastic, he made several suggestions that we followed. We ate oysters, salmon with caviar, a really good rose champagne. We split the beef Wellington, potato purée (fantastic),broccoli and spinach. For dessert he recommended the tart tartin , easily the best I have ever tasted. At first he brought Chateau Brion, when we were surprised, he very quickly brought the beef Wellington. The service was impeccable. If you’re in London and want a special dinner, this is the perfect place.

    Second time we have been . Service was impeccable. Food was delicious- my husband is a foodie and he said the sea bream was incredible .

    We had the tasting menu (my wife’s oysters were substituted for non-shellfish (which she’s allergic to) option at no extra cost, which was excellent) Every course was exceptional with the soufflé being amazing….. so glad we chose this menu as it wasn’t that much more than getting two courses and we got to try flavours you can’t find in many other places. Personally, I think the wine selection does not fall into the ‘reasonable value’ category. Almost all of the wines were way over the £100 mark. I think there could be more choice around £50 given the wines available elsewhere. Great experience though and would highly recommend.
