We are driven to provide an authentic spanish dining experience, pleasurable ambience, and outstanding service from our staff. The name had to stand for a future legacy. Therefore SAYOLA comes from the names of the proprietors children: SAndra, YOrett, and LAzaro. Visit us for a unique fine dinning experience.

Excellent all around. Missed that the Valentine’s Day menu was prixe fixe, but it did not disappoint. Looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent first experience at Sayola! The staff was outstanding - which makes any visit a winner. The food selections were prepared perfectly - chicken with garlic, shrimp appetizer, tortilla - even the salad! The *best* part - for a large space that was practically full with diners - it was NOT loud or noisy. We were thrilled to discover that! Overall - a great time and we will be back.

Our first time dining at Sayola. Sat in the side room which was pleasantly comfortable and somewhat quiet. Also the decor was warm and nicely done. A nice change since restaurants are typically loud. Also the seats were comfortable another plus from other restaurants. Our server Skye was attentive and very accommodating. We ordered appetizers and dinners which were delicious. Dessert and wine were also very good. We will definitely dine there again.

We went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and it was a great experience. The hospitality was excellent and the food was delicious. The escargot is a must! I will definitely be back again.

Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Very noisy . Would like better priced wines & wider variety of white wines.

Superior food and service. We LOVE this establishment and the entire staff always remembers us and welcomes us, warmly.

The staff is nice and accommodating and the restaurant has a nice ambience. The first time we went was shortly after it opened and we ordered paella. It was horrible. Given it’s been a few years, we decided to give it another chance. Again, the food was terrible. Probably one of the all time worst restaurant meals ever. Not sure how they are still in business. Hard no.
