“The skill behind ramen is a practiced art and I wanted the interiors to reflect the craft that goes into the creation of a perfect bowl. The aesthetic of the space takes Japanese modern interiors with a nod to Scandinavian hygge and French architecture to create an inviting space. An aside cocktail bar gives the space intimacy and a comfortable area for diners to relax before being seated.”

Lovely ramen experience. Think I’m late to the party but it’s one of my new favorites. Compliments to the chef. Golden broth and noodles taste homemade. Flavors are amazing as leftovers next day.

Wonderful restaurant, food, service. Gluten free ramen noodles big plus. Blossom tea, ube ice cream and great service. Will be back for sure.

I love Sazan, easily one of my favorite ramen places in Austin, went for my birthday with some friends who had never been and great reviews all around, highly recommend!

Outstanding service, they called me at my reservation time to let me know my table was ready, when ordering the appetizer it was accidentally forgotten, which they made up for it by still bringing it and taking it off the tab, very well handled! To top it off I believe the manager that was there that night had brought us mochi for dessert on the house as well. A1 service and the ramen was perfect as always. Will definitely be coming back

Signature Paitan is a favorite for us. We like the chicken chashu.

Great food plus attentive and friendly but non-intrusive service! They were also super nice even tho we didn’t notice the time and it was 7 min past closing (oops!). Parking is scarce in the complex during the weekend so recommend going on a weekday dinner.
