   We waited over an hour for 3 simple dishes that never came When we asked the staff for an ETA they couldn’t give one The staff was incompetent The owner / manager refused to come out and talk to us to explain The manager that was there told us she was unable to give us an update after an hour an 20 minutes of waiting. We ultimately decided to leave I would not Recommend this place to anyone. Totally unprofessional.

   The service and the food was great. My only issue if any is that they did not serve Diet Coke. They had Coke products but had Coke Zero which is not my favorite at all so I ordered something else to drink.

   I hadn't been to Scarpino's for well over a year. It had changed hands; was beautifully updated inside and out. Food still quite good. Service excellent. Loved the live music but it was challenging to have a conversation. When I made the reservation, I had told the restaurant that we were celebrating my nephew's birthday so they personalized his place setting with his name and a birthday greeting and brought him a complementary dessert cannoli with Happy 13th Birthday spelled out in Raspberry glaze on the serving plate. Very nice touch. It was a very nice evening. Thank you, Scarpino's!

   Great place to come for dinner, weekday specials (i.e. Tuesday $1 meatballs), friendly and accommodating staff. Food is very consistent, and the entire place has been updated with a more modern, bright, and open look. My only complaint is the noise level. It is very loud, and if you are in the dining room when live music is being played it's even harder to hear your dinner companions speak. Perhaps some sound tiles on the ceiling and walls would help. Nonetheless a real good spot to come for dinner.

   It may have been a little noisy and we may have had to wait a bit to get a table even though we had reservations, but the food and the service was excellent!!!! It was well worth any small inconveniences! We will be back.
