Seamark is a welcoming and luxurious restaurant located at Encore Boston Harbor. Helmed by James Beard Award-Winning Chef Michael Schlow, the menu boasts a bounty of elevated New England seafood favorites, featuring the freshest pier-to-plate cold-water fish, lobster and shellfish available.

Hidden within Seamark is Old Wives’ Tale, an intimate speakeasy inspired by the majesty of the sea.

Children under 5 are not permitted. On Friday-Saturday, Seamark is 18+ after 8pm, and 21+ after 10pm. Old Wives' Tale is 21+.

Manager was extremely rude, condescending and unaccommodating to our group. We were lectured like school children prior to entering the speakeasy about behavior to “uphold the ambiance.” We had 3 reservations of 4 starting at the same time, and were not all allowed in. Management made it difficult for us to enjoy ourselves. Unfortunately, he ruined our experience. I’d also suggest making the music a bit more longe-esque and less like I’m sitting at Margaritaville in Key West.

We went to the speakeasy on this particular visit, and as usual, it was fantastic. We had some first-timers with us, and they absolutely loved it, and they will also be back. I want to thank Matthew for going above and beyond and fitting us for a table for five when we only had reservations for four after running into a college roommate after 20 years.

I went there for my birthday with my friends. Everything was going well until our appetizers arrived, and my wife had plastic in her mouth from the ricotta cheese that came with the focaccia bread. My wife told the waitress about the plastic and showed it to her on her plate yet when we got the bill, there was nothing deducted for it. Then at dessert, my friend and his wife ordered the crème brûlée and the rest of us ordered coffees. The waitress had them bring the crème brûlée out with a candle on it, and I thought the restaurant was providing me a dessert for my birthday, but that was not the case. It was my friend’s dessert and my wife and I had started to eat it only to find out it was our friends dessert. Why would a restaurant give someone else’s dessert to someone as a birthday cak? And the last gripe I have is that there weren’t any bottles of wine for purchase only glasses of wine for purchase. For these reasons, I’m only giving the place three stars.

This was our first time at Seamark and at Old Wives. Service was great - Paulina was sweet and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious. I really enjoyed the scallops, the seafood stew, and the Coralita. The drinks at Old Wives were pricey but, did not disappoint! We will be back

Food was excellent! We started with Focaccia Bread & Calamari, entrees were Lobster & Shrimp Fra Diablo over linguine! Delicious, not a heavy red sauce! Leroy - General Mgr was very curious & accommodating! Great time

I wish I sat at the bar; The service was slow, even to get a first drink from Sarah. The food is very good quality.

We actually did not eat at Seamark, instead we visited an amazing little speakeasy in the back of Seamark called Old Wives Tale. Drinks were fabulous and service was excellent
