The overall food was really good but it's a shame the way they handle the booking. I arrived first and let them know the booking name. I am very familiar with opentable since i also work in a restaurant. The man didn't pressed party seated. So, when my friend arrived and showed them the booking. Probably a different staff brought them to another table. I moved to that table too and the female staff scolded us. She blamed us that one of us might have not told the staff that we have booking. I tried to explain what happened but she didn't seem to care and kept scolding us instead. This is clearly a small miscommunication on their part but they treated us in a very disrespectful way.

Great yum cha experience. Loads of trolleys keep the food coming, you're never having to wait for food. The tea gets constantly topped up too which I love, no need to ask for anything, it comes to you. The quality of the food is very good, filled up on a lot of really delicious dumplings. Would highly recommend. I'll definitely be returning.

The food was excellent and flavoursome, a bit expensive, considering the slow service and food was lukewarm and we were still eating entree when the mains were served, felt as though food had been sitting there awhile, which spoilt the experience of wonderful food
