Selene Aegean Bistro is the newest venture from the family that brought you the Michelin guide recommended Nammos Estiatorio.
“We're incredibly excited to introduce Selene to the Hastings-Sunrise neighborhood,” said Yianni Kerasiotis, co-owner of Selene. “Our vision is to create a unique, elevated dining experience for this city. Selene will be Greek cuisine with an exciting blend of culinary influences from all across the Aegean coast."
Selene's menu features locally sourced seafood and dishes inspired by the culinary traditions of the Aegean region, with many exciting twists. Guests are encouraged to order a range of dishes from our extensive menu selection, which are best shared family-style. In addition to the sophisticated fare, Selene will boast a curated beverage program, highlighting handcrafted cocktail, and Greek, Spanish and local wines.

Our online reservation is limited to 6 guests; should you require 7+, please call/email us.

    My first time at Selene was outstanding, I highly recommend going mid-week when they open at 5pm. The tasting menu was the perfect way to sample the essence of Selene’s Aegean concept. The five courses were light and fresh but by the end of it you leave happy and full! Staff are warm and knowledgable. From the food to the atmosphere Selene is very impressive. I absolutely am planning to return for another wonderful dining experience, and I suggest everyone does the same! :)

    We had a wonderful dinner to celebrate a friend‘s birthday. The menu items were imaginative and perfectly prepared. The service was excellent and prices were reasonable. We did find the noise level to be consistently loud, so it was difficult to hear each other. Otherwise, it was a perfect evening - and we’ll be back!

    Very thankful for accommodating to my group we were quite late to start. Did the tasting menu - worth it! Would come back to try more. Thanks again to the server I forgot her name but she did amazing on her first day. :)

    Fantastic food and great service! Will definitely be back and highly recommend getting the Brisket Stifado and Octopus. Orange Almond Cake was also lovely -- nice delicate orange flavour and not too sweet

    Had a fantastic dining experience at Selene. Our server made great recommendations for both food and beverage and the overall experience was wonderful. Stand out dish for me was the mussels with green olive focaccia although we also had the octopus, lamb ribs and patatas; all of which were delicious. We capped off the night with the orange almond cake, which was incredibly tasty, with just the right amount of sweetness to it. Would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning and trying more of the menu.

    We enjoyed a variety of dishes, each was beautifully prepared and tasty. We probably ordered too many dishes - best to take it slow and order more if needed. We found the volume of music was a bit loud for our table.
