Join James Beard award-winning Chef Dave Beran at his 38-seat fine dining restaurant in Santa Monica, where the kitchen is seamlessly integrated with the dining room. At SELINE, the focus is on connection, with every aspect of the restaurant— from the design to the custom plateware—built on fostering meaningful relationships.

Wine Director Matthew Brodbine presents two beverage pairing options to complement your menu. The wine pairing showcases selections from innovative, forward-thinking winemakers across various regions worldwide. The non-alcoholic pairing features a unique collection of house-made and curated beverages designed to align with the menu's progression. A carefully curated wine list is also available.

We can accommodate vegetarians & pescatarians with at least 48 hours notice (not upon arrival) but cannot accommodate vegans or combinations of restrictions (e.g., pescatarian AND no gluten). It was an interesting experience with good service but I left hungry after the 8-course and most of the dishes were too heavy on sugar or salt. A lot of it was greens dressed up in creative ways. Cost way too much for what it was. Wine pairing was good and featured some real quality wines. Glad I check it out but won’t be going back

This restaurant by Chef Dave Beran is truly special! The food was incredible, made with top quality ingredients and bursting with flavor. Every dish felt unique and delicious. The service was outstanding! friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the experience even better. If you’re looking for amazing food and a great atmosphere, this is a must visit. Can’t wait to go back!

Seline is a fantastic experience on the upper echelon of LA fine dining. I would be shocked if they don't receive a Michelin star next year. Highly recommend the non-alcoholic pairing as the concoctions are unique, delicious, and pair very well with the courses. It is a lot of food overall, come hungry!

What an amazing dining experience. I've never written a review for a restaurant in my life but Seline deserves one. Amazing staff, fantastic food, overall perfect experience. Loved the music they were playing too... felt like it was straight from my spotify playlists. 15/10 definitely recommend.

We’re lucky to have Chef Dave and his team in LA to experience this type of cuisine and hospitality. World class cooking with no pretension or snootiness. Well worth it! Run, don’t walk.
