    The food and service were outstanding. There were many traditional and unique items to choose from on the menu. We had several special requests and Selva was able to meet them all. An excellent dining experience. We definitely would recommend Selva.

    Awesome! Our waiter was solid but minimal conversation. I got the pear martini which was smooth and refreshing. The ceasar never disappoints

    Prices way too high for the received. Quality fair , lovely to look at but disproportionately bit worth the scarcity of proteins used.

    The overall experience was great. We had the ceviche trio and short rib egg rolls for appetizers. Both were delicious. For our entrees we had skirt steak and lomo saltado. Both of these dishes were very flavorful and a perfect serving size. We had a nice Chardonnay during appetizers and two cocktails during entrees. We ordered a passion fruit pisco sour and a traditional mojito. The pisco sour was really well balanced and tasty. However, the mojito wasn’t muddled enough for our taste. Everything else was amazing. We will definitely return.

    The best place to have lunch in Sarasota for a Birthday party. Food is a 10+. Same for service. Can’t say enough about how great everything was. BRAVO!!!

    Fantastic dinner. Short rib spring rolls, tuna ceviche, skirt steak, ahi tuna— all fabulous. Martinis were yummy too. Can’t wait to return.
