   Had to wait for entrees 40 minutes after others receive theirs as they came after us. Waiter (Juan) did not offer replenishing our drinks. The manager had to. My wife had leftovers and asked to have it boxed; it never came; we left. The reason our food was delayed was because the 'roast chicken' takes a considerable amount of time top prepare, which I find hard to believe. We have frequented the Sarasota city location which we thought was excellent all around. Here at UTC is different. Food is good, but the service was not acceptable. I believe as soon as we told our waiter we do not drink, we were ignored for the rest of the dinner. As a result we did not tip. Very disappointed. I also believe there was a language barrier with the waiter as he did not speak fluent English. Again, very disappointed,

   The staff at this restaurant is very pleasant and customer friendly. The food and ambiance was worth the $$$. Our server Michelle was extremely friendly and informative. We’ll definitely return.

   Always a great dining experience. Food is different and so delicious and we love eating in the bar. Michelle was an outstanding server…engaging, efficient, and she helped us with a joke on one of our friends. She’s the best!

   Great service, great food. We sat outside for fresh air. Staff does not forget outside customers. Very nice experience, we will go back.

   Great food, Great atmosphere, server was very knowledgeable about menu and recommended some of his favorites since it was our first time there. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and was given a special dessert. It was delicious. Definitely will be coming back in the future.
