From the time we walked in the door, we were welcomed and the entire staff made us feel welcome. This was only surpassed by the food which superb. A wonderful experience.

Semolina is by far the best restaurant in Monmouth County. The food is outstanding and the service is top notch without being intrusive.

Everything was wonderful but as someone with mild-moderate Celiac disease. I relied on the integrity of the wait staff for options of the gluten free menu items. She was honest with me about the possibility of cross contamination using frying oil. Luckily for me I was able to figure out great appetizers, entrees and desserts but it's risky for people who are highly sensitive to count on waitstaff that may not always be informed or care that much. Labeled menu items would help for consistency and letting the customer make informed choices.

Pork chop was without a doubt the best I’ve ever had..so good that it in fact put a smile on my face. I’ve never had such a reaction to food before like this, it was magical. I’m not much of a fan of the tight seating but understand why some restaurants do this. The service was top notch. However, the music was similar to what you would find at your local shop rite. Maybe they should find a more subtle and smooth ambient music choice. Although I didn’t love the space, I’ll defiantly be back because that food was absolutely otherworldly.

Amazing as always. Didn’t get the pork chop. Big mistake. Short rib was good but can’t compare to pork chop
