Pork chop was without a doubt the best I’ve ever had..so good that it in fact put a smile on my face. I’ve never had such a reaction to food before like this, it was magical. I’m not much of a fan of the tight seating but understand why some restaurants do this. The service was top notch. However, the music was similar to what you would find at your local shop rite. Maybe they should find a more subtle and smooth ambient music choice. Although I didn’t love the space, I’ll defiantly be back because that food was absolutely otherworldly.

Amazing as always. Didn’t get the pork chop. Big mistake. Short rib was good but can’t compare to pork chop

Pasta was sticky and too rich, brussel cesar amazing. Surprised pasta wasn’t better!

The ambiance is very nice although it does get rather loud when busy. We were disappointed with one of the salads and two of the four entrees. One of the salads consisted of very small pieces of radicchio like you would see at the bottom of the bag. Two of the four entrees were exceedingly small as if they were running out of the fish. Definitely disappointing.

Semolina is my favorite restaurant in Red Bank! I most enjoy the fresh made pasta and seasonal additions to the menu.

Semolina’s is our favorite restaurant. It never disappoints us. The food is amazing and the staff is awesome.

Service was excellent! Knowledgeable and attentive. Food has great presentation, best Brussels Caesar Salad, Mushroom app was different and good. Dinner was Wild Boar Ragu Peppardelle which I enjoyed. Finished up with a double espresso and the zeppole, loved the sugar concept instead of the powdered sugar.

Consistently a great meal! Ingredients are truly farm to table and the menu is always new.

From Semalina Bread to Brussel sprout salad to Pork Chop and Spicy pasta dish , all was Great! My wife’s Birthday couldn’t be better. Tricia , our Waitress put it all together!
