    Thursdays from 8PM - 11PM Sempre Oggi welcomes David Kastin, who has been a DJ in New York for over 30 years, for a curated set from his personal record collection. I bought my first record in 1975. It was Aerosmith’s debut album. Ever since then I have had a love affair with vinyl. It all started with early 70’s rock, then into the late 70’s I was collecting disco ala Studio 54. Next was punk/post punk new wave and my collection grew significantly. In the late 80’s I discovered an old school NYC dance party DJed by none other than David Mancuso called The Loft and it changed my life. The Loft exposed me to so much music, one could hear almost anything from disco to funk, soul, house and rock and post punk it was so eclectic and inspiring

    Just around the corner from my NYC home. What an amazing find. Our server Iris was amazing. The food was equally great. Was with a friend and it was nice to not feel rushed. Can’t wait to return.

    Three of us shared one item from each section of the menu. Everything we chose was really tasty (focaccia, little gem Caesar, cacio e Pepe pasta) but the chicken main and the carrots were superb! I’d go back.

    This was my fourth visit to this lovely relatively new spot in the Upper West Side. There is an elegance about this restaurant, its presentation, staff, the bar area, everything front to back. The staff is uniformly excellent, attentive however not overbearing. A wine menu that is lovely, and while not inexpensive what I've had have all been delightful. The food selection is not overwhelming, which is a good thing. I'd strongly recommend their halibut, their pastas, salads.... you can't go wrong. While this is not an inexpensive venture, to me it defines "value added." Which translates to.... "value add is what you're willing to pay for." In the case of Sempre Oggi, I'd say it's a home run or at the very least, a triple. Even if you're not a baseball fan. :).

    We had a most wonderful dinner last night. The food and service were both excellent. I recommend this restaurant highly to anyone wanting a superb meal and dining experience.

    Warm, friendly cocktail lounge, comfortable dining area, terrific appetizers. Delicious swordfish with roasted cauliflower puts Sempre Oggi in my top 5 Manhattan restaurants.

    Sempre Oggi continues to impress, delivering delicious meals by an attentive, knowledgeable and personable staff. From the minute you walk in, you are welcomed into a happy, low-key and warm atmosphere. We love their new takes on classic dishes and the wine list that goes with them. And save some room for dessert (looking at you, tira misu!) Thanks, Sempre Oggi! We'll see you again soon.

    Overall very nice meal. Salad and appetizer were great. Mains were very good but not transcendent. Service was attentive and prompt without being overbearing. We didn’t intend to spend all night and we had a very good efficient meal. Will come back.
