Estuvo fantástico el lugar, tanto la comida como el servicio están perfectamente balanceados. La única parte que podría restar puntos es que la música la tienen a volumen alto así que cuesta un poco platicar.

Las mesas estan muy juntas, no se puede platicar por el exceso de ruido. La comida esta bien, sin embargo Señora Tanaka nos sorprendió mas en calidad y sabor.

Pedimos el corte Tomahawk ( por recomendación de su personal, ya que nosotras habíamos pedido de inicio otro) y aunque sabemos que su fuerte no son los cortes de carne, para ser uno de “los mejores” cortes que tienen pensamos que sería una buena experiencia. El corte tardo algo de tiempo, lo pedimos en término 3/4 y al llegar notamos que no estaba en ese término, incluso la sangre escurría por el platillo hasta donde estaban las papas a la francesa; intentamos comerlo pero era demaciado dura la carne, pedí que lo cocieran a término como lo pedimos y eso no lo mejoró, se notaba claramente el sabor a “agua” e insípido, ese corte ya llevaba tiempo congelado. Intentamos comerlo pero fue imposible terminarlo ( entre 2 personas y eran según 600g), optamos por pedir otra cosa. Le hicimos el comentario a nuestro mesero pero de igual forma nada pasó. Entendemos nuevamente que tal ves los cortes no son su fuerte pero por el nivel de restaurant y tomando en cuenta que pedimos eso por recomendación no fue una experiencia grata.
