   Senti is a lovely dining experience across the board. The atmosphere is very inviting and you feel as if you are treated as a special guest every time there ( probably our 5-6 time). The food consists of some of the most flavorful combinations that you could ever imagine. I would and do recommend everyone to try a nice romantic evening out on the town at one of our favorite places for a dining experience that you will remember.

   A Disheartening Decline at Senti My wife and I have cherished our Saturday dinners at Senti for years. However, our most recent visits have left us disappointed and questioning if this once-beloved restaurant can continue to live up to its past reputation. On our first visit, we waited 45 minutes for our appetizer, only to have the main course arrive just five minutes later. One of our meals was incorrect—a mistake that was deducted from the bill—but we still left a generous 20% tip based on the original total, hoping it was just a one-off error. Determined to give Senti another chance, we returned the following week. Unfortunately, the experience repeated itself. Our martinis, already known for being on the smaller side, arrived in microscopic pours that couldn’t have been more than an ounce or so. After an indeterminate wait for our appetizers, I asked for bread and was met with a basket literally thrown onto the table, leaving us to chase down the waitress for butter. The most disappointing moment came with my wife’s octopus dish—a $24 item that arrived as a scant 3½-inch piece so rubbery it was nearly impossible to cut. Although the dish was removed from our bill, the long wait and mediocre quality of the food left us frustrated. I requested to speak with the manager privately, hoping to share our concerns constructively for the sake of the restaurant’s future. However, after a 20-minute wait, no manager appeared, and we eventually left without resolution. It’s sad to see a favorite spot deteriorate in both service and quality. We’re taking a break from Senti for now, but we hope management takes these issues seriously before it’s too late.

   Great food and great server. Highly recommend. Pasta was amazing, the bread was to die for, and the drinks were terrific.

   Good food, wine list, and beverages. Pretty good service although we received our complimentary bread service with no EVO or butter and we weren’t told about some of the specials until after we’ve looked over the menu. The space/decor is very bland and can use some work. Nice spot for an Italian cuisine date night but not my first choice in Pittsburgh.

   Those who love real food. This is a must-go place. 😎😌👀 I took my girlfriend to celebrate V day, and she was so satisfied with the dishes and ambiance.

   We've consistently come to Senti because it is always good and still continues to impress. My wife and I had an excellent four course meal this time to celebrate valentines day and every course was great. The server was friendly and informative. He timed everything out perfectly. The steak was one of the best steaks I've had at a restaurant in a long time. Seriously excellent.

   Very peaceful, friendly, beautiful space accompanied by delicious complex yet simple food. Our service/waiter was fabulous and accommodated all our requests. This was a great way to celebrate a 96th birthday! (father-in-law). Can't wait to go again!

    Yet another consistently good dinner last night at Senti. For appetizers we shared the fried artichokes and the eggplant voletini. For entreés we had the porcini ricotta agnolotti and the featured duck leg. Every bite was delicious. We ended with the apple tart! As I said to Franco on our way out...."Always impressed, and never disappointed"
