   We did not have a good experience this time. We barely received any service since we cooked our own food and had to grabbed our own food. We didn’t get our waters and hot water refilled until requested. They never came back to help us refill. Furthermore we had to pay the 18% gratuity. It was also a freezing cold night at -30 degrees Celsius. This restaurant did not have their heat turned on and had their back door opened. All 6 of us were freezing while trying to enjoy the bbq. A couple of us didn’t even want to eat anymore as it was too cold in the restaurant especially with the vent above blowing air at us.

   The food was great..service was good but the experience was almost ruined because of the restaurant temperature. It was freezing inside.

   The place is extremely cold inside. It’s very uncomfortable to sit here for a long time. They should definitely improve the heating or adjust the air conditioning.

   Dress warm because it felt like the only heat was from the BBQ's on each table. It was so uncomfortably freezing that we couldn't stand it. Food options included with all you can eat was barely mediocre. Zero help from staff in explaining to us how we should cook our items knowing we were first time customers. I will not be going back. And You will need a parka if you need the toilet. No heat there either! It was a miserable experience.

   Great AYCE, though they have changed it to “get up and go get your own stuff” from the buffet, instead of bringing what you’d like to the table. It’s good and bad as you have less overall time to sit, cook, and enjoy, but you can also grab as much of you want of your favorite proteins. Also, Tteokbokki is no longer included in AYCE, it is a side order. Overall, for the discounted price at dinner, well worth it and an enjoyable meal.

   It was a fantastic experience as it was my first time to a Korean restaurant. The lunch buffet was perfect with a good variety of food to choose from to cook over the open grill. The price ($30) was quite reasonable for good quality food! I definitely recommend Seoul Korean BBQ and will be coming back here!
