We decided to eat here because we had visited the one in Little Italy. We chose this one as it was near by. We were greeted nicely. The serving size was appropriate . Just the right amount. All of our food was good. We were disappointed because we expected it to be fabulous as the other one was. I love desserts the cheesecake was so bland I didn't finish it. Good just nothing super special

We were probably not lucky. Our started took an absurd amount of time to arrive (three tables around us were seated and fully served before it did, and we were even asked “So have you gotten the starter?” by our waiter because even he was surprised), and that really crushed the experience for us. Food was reasonable but nothing stellar, and it took so long we were told “The kitchen is now closed so no dessert is available.” Probably won’t try it again.

The food was excellent and the service was good. There was no bread on the table. No one asked if we wanted dessert/coffee/tea - the waiter just brought the check - felt rushed. It was VERY noisy.

Serafina, Madison Avenue is a very pleasant Place to dine. Food/ service also very good. Will return in near future.

Perhaps the best of the Serafina restaurants. Wonderful spot for great food, great service and a quiet evening.

Tried a new Serafona at Serafina 38. Colorful energetic place. I ordered chicken Parm with pasta, and when I asked for angel hair, garlic & oil she said we only have penne....no problem but we were charged an additional $25 for a small amount of pasta, garlic & oil. Disappointing.
