Located just steps from the beach in the legendary Hotel del Coronado, the restaurant's key focus is the bounty of the sea. The menu focuses on sustainable seafood, with a coastal cuisine menu that spotlights the best of the region's oceans, farms and fields, ranging from the California Coast down to the Baja Peninsula.
Creative cuisine with a global flair is prepared by San Diego's own Chef Jojo Ruiz, who creates elegant, fresh dishes with just a hint of Mediterranean flair.

Can’t beat the aesthetics , place is gorgeous and service nice. Drinks were nice. Food was a huge disappointment 2 French toasts served extremely burnt and the avocado toast charred. Took clients for brunch and would not recommend it given the unreliability of the food prep. Could not say anything given the circumstance.

This place is a joke. Food was horrible. They upsell you on a horrible risotto. Service sucks, one person didn’t even speak English who was working our table. I’m so disappointed in what was a special celebration. $75 for a risotto with tasteless scallops. Server made us change our mind on dinner selection then we hears her tell every table around us to order risotto with scallops. They must have made too much risotto or she was getting a bonus to sell risotto and scallops. NEVER again will we eat here!

What a great experience. Each item we ordered was fresh and uniquely prepared. Our server, Dave was attentive and offered valued recommendations.

The waiter was very good and even brought us champagne because our food was taking too long. The food, however, was not good. The ceviche was in a milky marinade that we didn't care for, and the spanakopita had way too much cheese inside of it. We were looking for more of a balance between the pasty and the cheese. After not being happy with our appetizers, we ordered bacon and truffle french fries, and the fries were soggy. Beautiful view and great waiter but the food was substandard.

Terrible experience inattentive wait staff. Food was subpar for the price. Avocado toast was terrible toast burnt and unable to cut with knife. It’s a beautiful setting with a limited menu and some items not available. So many other places that offer much better food and service. Don’t waste your money.
