Went with friends prior to an event at Symphony Hall. Atmosphere was very nice and modern, seating was comfortable and table size was ample. The restaurant has a nice, but not very large selection of Italian appetizers, starters and main plates, all with a modern twist. Wine by the glass also offers a nice selection. We ordered the Mussels and the dish was remarkably good. They came in a tomato based sauce that was absolutely delicious - in hindsight we could have settled for two appetizers with a side of bread for dinner. My main dish was the Short Rib Papardelle that was also very satisfying. We skipped desert this time. Will return if in the area.

Serena Pastifico is a gem of an Italian restaurant that delivers an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive yet unobtrusive, ensuring that every detail of our evening was seamless. They made us feel like honored guests without being overbearing—exactly what excellent service should be. The star of the evening, however, was undoubtedly the food. While everything we ordered was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor, the Crab Ravioli deserves special mention. This dish was a masterpiece: delicate pasta filled with a creamy blend of spinach, ricotta, and fresh herbs, paired with tender lump crab. The brown butter sauce was luxurious, perfectly balanced by the nuttiness of the almond picada and the sharpness of the parmesan, a citrus zest and fresh herbs. Every bite was a revelation, combining richness and freshness in equal measure.

Our server was exceptional! I didn’t get her name but she served our large party flawlessly. She made recommendations which turned out to be excellent and was incredibly attentive. We never felt rushed. If we lived in Atlanta we would come often!

Felt rushed by server. Crab ravioli was a huge disappointment and 3 of us ordered it. Thought it was VERY ODD that there was no bread service. DId not consider this an elevated Italian dining experience but the atmosphere was lovely but would not return.

Food and service were great. Noise level was high at times,but not too bad. The openess allows for noise from conversations to travel. All 3 of our entree's were great Salmon, Caesar salad & octopus .

The food was fantastic. My partner and I couldn’t decide which was our favorite. Our server, Logan, was wonderful. It was a wonderful way to celebrate something truly special. My personal favorite was the tiramisu.

Overall pretty disappointing. Appetizer and meals were late though it was early in the evening. Meals were mediocre, not in line with menu description; overpriced. Good location, nice atmosphere but would not recommend.
