    We had to leave immediately on arrival. The staff was changing and utilizing the bathroom without cleanliness. Just one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. Not sure what.the food was like just given the non washing issue with staff I told my wife we won't be eating there. Overall F grade and will not return.

    Not a good choice for a special day. More like a fast food restaurant after a walk in the city. I do not recommend for any kind of special occasion other than quick food with diner service level.

    I love Eataly but the rooftop is tired and unexciting. Cute idea to turn it into an Alpine dream, but it seems more like they are covering up their space which is in dire need of a refresh. Food was ok, nothing great. Service was great though.

    Wonderful atmosphere and beautifully decorated, however the food was trash and the service was lacking.

    This is the third time we have eaten at Serra. We love this place and were excited to share it with our adult children. it wasn’t quite as wonderful as the last two experiences, so 4 stars, the setting for winter was cozy, But there were a few little things that kept the meal from being perfect. Not a fan of the faux fur chair cover and one of ours was filthy. Not cleaned off from previous diner, and we arrived at 11 am on Sunday so suspect this was from Saturday night. Cute wooden coaster was sticky. Water had little flecks of something floating it in. All of our glasses, so maybe lint from towel drying. We ordered two Boboloni to share, but it wasn’t easy to cut and really the donut tasted like it came from any donut shop, but the crème was delicious. Entrees were all delicious. Dessert and coffee were not well timed. Two of three arrived first, then coffee, then the third dessert. The fondue for 2 came with only one fork. It was hard not to make a mess as no small plates were provided with it, so had to drip chocolate all over the table. Maybe they were preoccupied by the superbowl event later that evening, but service felt indifferent to us. As we exited, the two individuals at the host station didn’t break from their conversation to thank us.

    Hostess needs some help w/being pleasant to guests and managing the reception. Server was very good/pleasant. Food was well cooked, but unseasoned/bland. Drinks were good. Prices were reasonable.
