    There was a leak in roof where I happened to lay my vest/coat in the booth and my vest got soaked. Servervwas phenomenal. My food was excellent. I had the cod on top of a squash puree and spinach Very loud. Check-in was a bit confusing. Took a while to be seated. Had reservations. Expensive.

    We had to wait 30 minutes behind our reservation which we were required to book weeks in advance. Wait staff was absent, food was cold.

    Amazing experience, the employees were so kind and welcoming. The atmosphere looks even more fabulous than in the pictures. Very beautiful!!!

    Food was amazing as always but service was less than desirable. I felt like my table was a burden to be at dinner. The waiter came over to take our order before getting our drink order. I had to order my drinks, apps and dinner all at the same time. Then we didn’t see him again until he brought the bill. We were not offered to order dessert or a second drink or even parmigiana for all our pasta dishes. I booked this reservation 2 months ago hoping for a nice experience with my family and I left very disappointed.

    Dinner is always amazing when I come here. The service staff is warm and attentive. The space is low lit and not very loud. The food is always a hit.

    Food was good though choice was extremely limited. We had the unfortunate experience of not seeming to have an assigned waiter. We had 6 trying to cover with long periods of no one attending us despite our attempts to attract them. Not impressed

    Our server was so attentive and pleasant. She didn’t rush us allowing my friends and I to enjoy our meal.

    I've been dining at Serra by Birreria for years and sadly this was not our best experience. The bruschetta and the burrata were both lacking any seasoning. The butternut squash ravioli was undercooked (and I like mine al dente) and the butternut squash pieces in the dish were hard and undercooked. On a positive note the sauce was excellent. One of our diners ordered the maltagliati, we were told the cheese is "torched" but it made the whole dish taste burnt. Unfortunately we sent it back as it was inedible. We ordered a replacement dish but they forgot to bring it to us. As we were asking for the check because we needed to leave the replacement dish was brought over. Another positive note, they did comp the replacement dish. I love coming to Serra by Birreria so I'm hoping this was just an off day for food and service.
