We had a poor experience - server forgot an entree, brought an entree out with appetizers, didn’t accommodate dietary restrictions. We ended up getting out meal comped because the manager learned of what happened.

truly amazing i 10000% recommend especially if you're italian the market downstairs is amazing over 9,000 italian products all fresh the food was the best my husband and i have ever had you can tell its fresh and house made this is definitely a must try place that my husband and i will visit everytime we come to nyc from now on! our server was so genuine and truly cared that we had a good experience the ski lodge pop was the perfect cozy, chic, elevated vibe that we were looking for!

Disappointed in the limited amount of cocktails, decor used to be so much more fun and the fact that our waiter didn’t let us know it was last call for food orders, was very disappointing as the portion sizes were much smaller than we remembered them to be. When we tried to order more food they told us the kitchen was closed. I had a pregnant friend with me who was still hungry. Our only option, we were told, was ordering dessert. I wish they held up to the standards they used to have in the beginning.

This was my fourth time dining here and I’ll keep coming back. It’s the perfect combination of good food, vibes, well priced without being stuffy or over the top. If you’re looking for good food and a casual spot that won’t disappoint, I always recommend here.

Good atmosphere, seating was a little crammed. Bar was great and food came out too salty for my date and I.

We have been regulars at Eataly and 1st time to this place. Our expectations for Alipne experience was different but when we reached it was underwhelming. Service, top class. Food - average other Eataly restaurants are far better. Will we visit, recommend this place - probably no. Eataly other spots - 100%. Just love Le Pasta, Le Pizza!

We had to leave immediately on arrival. The staff was changing and utilizing the bathroom without cleanliness. Just one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. Not sure what.the food was like just given the non washing issue with staff I told my wife we won't be eating there. Overall F grade and will not return.

Not a good choice for a special day. More like a fast food restaurant after a walk in the city. I do not recommend for any kind of special occasion other than quick food with diner service level.
