Uncertain why the Rose wine glasses were assumed to be Angel Wings at $20/glass! Saw Rose on menus for $12/. ($16 credit) How dare you? Saw the Woodford Reserve was $20/ shot. Why were we charged $23? Was this because we ordered Mixers (e.g. Old Fashioned?) Please refund ($15 credit) Total refund due…$31.00. Thank you

While the wait staff was good, the meal and meal options were not the best. They were put off many items for dinner and then could not get the hamburger order correct. While the meal was refunded it just impacted the whole visit.

Disappointing experience. The food lacked flavor and felt poorly handcrafted, especially considering the price. For what I paid, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Definitely not worth it.

I would not recommend this dining establishment. We came here because it was directly across from where we were staying and we thought it would be cool to show our son and have a nice dinner. The ambience is very nice. It is decorated beautifully. My son is a picky eater. I had looked at the menu before making the reservation and thought he would eat the chicken strips. He asked if they had grilled cheese instead. I saw they didn't but they had sandwiches so I asked if that was possible to do. After checking, our waiter said yes and he informed me it was on sourdough bread. I said that was fine and we placed our order. My husband and I ordered the rigatoni. Our food came out and when it did, the chef decided that my son would't like the sourdough bread and put his grilled cheese on a cheap crappy hamburger bun. Now I know the chef could have said no to grilled cheese altogether, but he didn't and for him to decide what my son would like seems very rude to me. His food ended up coming out after we finished eating. There were no apologies or checking in on us at all. My son sat there waiting and I was not happy about it. And although the rigatoni was very good, the portion size for a $28 plate of pasta was ridiculously small. My husband went to eat someplace else because he was still hungry. I had a glass of wine that was $20 and definitely not worth it. Our $109 meal was a waste. I do not mind spending money for a nice meal, but I expect better service and my meal to be what I ordered. Do better Hard Rock Hotel!

We were put in the marquee area of the restraunt. It swas freezing cold. They forgot to bring drinks. The first course took over an hour to arrive. We then got so cold we asked to move back into the main restraunt - which they did do. The food wasn't great - certainly not worth the cost. The poor waiter was overrun and did his best but they just didn't have enough staff.

All of the food was completely awful, the staff wasn’t the kindest. We had to wait 2 hours to get our food, we kept missing some of our drinks and food as well. Overall truly disappointing experience and not worth it at all.

Great service. Menu was limited and simple but food and drinks were very good. Expensive for the type of basic food but that’s to be expected in NYC.

Food good. Sat next to live band so very loud and crowded; chairs backed into other tables’ chairs. Seemed like one waitress was working the entire restaurant? And she wasn’t very focused; wasted time. We had reservation for 6pm, waitress took a long time to first come to our table. And our food arrived at 7:05pm.

Cool spot, live music was fun. Food was fine, nothing crazy. The atmosphere was really fun, though. Basically it’s a hotel lobby turned restaurant. They had a jazz band playing with a guy freestyle rapping over it.
