Shalom Y'all is an exploration and celebration of the Levant. We combines flavors and dishes from the Eastern Mediterranean, North Africa, and the Middle East with the produce and proteins of the Pacific Northwest to produce a phenomenal menu. Some standout items include the grilled lamb chops in Greek vinaigrette, the Baharat spiced chicken kebab served over mejadara, and our silky hummus served with fresh baked pita.

Shalom Y'all is located in the heart of Eastside Portland, Oregon and boasts a charming, industrial atmosphere featuring exposed cement walls flanked by warm wooden accents. You'll experience innovative yet approachable cuisine, an inspired menu of cocktails and beverages, all in a lively atmosphere.

One of our favorite Portland restaurants. The french fries with lemon zest are not to be missed. Go with four people so you have room for other food! The hummus with pine nuts is a standout. Vegetarian choices abound and the dessert menu is varied, delicious, and includes a decadent chocolate chip tahini cookie. Our only complaint is the noise level, which is more than energetic.

We went to Shalom Y'All for a birthday. We had a wonderful experience! All of the wait staff was knowledgeable and kept an eye on our table for opportunities to serve. Each person explained what the dish was to us. The drinks were amazing and unique! I loved that the dishes continued to arrive and were spaced the perfect amount of time apart. Overall, we had an excellent experience!

Truly delicious food that arrived quickly — as always. Seriously. Quick and attentive service, and excellent advice from our knowledgeable server about how to order enough plates to be adequate for our party of four. Offering a fun, cool aesthetic, with an excellent soundtrack in the background. We love this place. Go!

Dining at Shalom Y’all was a great experience. The pitas were fluffy and amazing. I do have a more salty pallet but I feel like the dips were great but could possibly be improved with a touch more salt. The ability to have cucumber instead of/in addition to pita was really enjoyable. The horseradish sauce with the fries was EPIC. I could honestly bottle that stuff up and take it home if I could. We had the chicken shawarma as well and it did eat a little dry. We ended up putting the horseradish and beet sauce from the fries on it and that really helped. Lastly we had the Turkish coffee affogato and wow wow wow. Great ending to the meal. Also our server was phenomenal, but the girl who was seating people wasn’t very attentive and we saw a couple people walk out while waiting for our reserved table.

The food is always excellent and tonight was no exception. Also true of the service. But we left earlier than we planned because we could to hear one another.

We were so incredibly impressed with Shalom Y'all! The service was amazing from the moment we arrived, and there wasn't a single dish we didn't rave about. Absolutely worth a visit. We'll be back!
